"Procure to Pay” Process Automation using RPA

  • We analyzed the entire procurement to payment process of a large Shipping company and automated it end-to-end using Robotic Process Automation. This process automation reduces the processing time by more than 200%, thus resulting in significant sustainable cost savings along with improved TAT (Turnaround time) and 100% accuracy.

Process automation for drug retailers in marketplace

  • We explored the legacy application used by drug retailers, identified the elements and prepared the data mapping plan.
